Day 6 - Winding Down

We started out the day by taking the taxi downtown to have breakfast at a French bakery. The baked goods there are very good. The coffee was fantastic. Then we did more shopping, then sunning and packing for the sojourn home.

Before we went to the bakery we stopped at the municipal building where I took a photograph of the courtyard.

This is a small sampling of the baked goods.

I am trying on a hat that we bought for our chihuahua Gitana (Tana for short) It is Spanish for Gypsy. I wanted to make sure we bought the right size for her.

Another picture of Gitana's hat.

We were also in search of the famous wrestler in all of Mexico, Nacho Libre!

If you zoom in on this photo you can see the moon next to a planet. We took this tonight after sunset.

The next day's blog will be finished when were are back on American soil. This has been a great trip. The people here are great, the food was great and the weather was fantastic. Our only complaint is that it went by too fast.

Good night!

Curt
